Growing use of non-renewable power sources, polution and global warming are problems, that are becoming more and more apparent. Slovenian, as well as EU energy and environment policies are pushing for an increased share of renewable energy sources (RES) in the primary energy balance.
In many cases lack of knowledge and a non-transparent market is hindering the spread of renewable energy. Borzen's OVE Portal, financed by the Agency of Republic of Slovenia for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Sources and Project GEF, wants to contribute to a better and more clearer overview of the biomass market.
The services, that are available on our portal are:
1.) Biomass trading
(registered users have access to the trading application, where they can post and accept bids - more info: Trading Application Manual)
2.) Free advertising for companies
(companies that deal with equipment, machinery and services, such as planning, consultancy or logistics, can post a free ad - more info: Instructions for Advertising)
3.) Information about renewable energy sources with an emphasis on biomass
Use of portal and trading application is free.
